Besides specialising in loft conversions and being timber specialists we also excel at Loft alterations, roof insulation and ceiling insulation. Inhouse Concepts’ well trained and skilled crew climb cheerfully into your loft/attic conversions and begin increasing your space, building an extra room, office, entertainment area or simply making more storage, by re-enforcing your roof trusses using SABS treated pine timber. This is to support your roof while we install your loft.
Inhouse Concepts install retractable folding ladders into your ceiling for access into the storage space in your roof. Using timber and steel studs, Inhouse Concepts create a framework for your dry walls and ceiling. This framework is then cladded with gypsum boards, which is then skimmed with cretestone/skim plaster for boards, to a perfect finish after which it is painted in the colour of your choice.
The newly installed timber floor is then left as a raw product so that you can choose a finish of your choice. Inhouse Concepts also install Isotherm insulation, which is installed between the roof rafters and new ceilings to help with the heat in the roof. Inhouse Concepts also do timber and steel mezzanine floors which can be installed in factories, garages or double volume ceilings.
